Passiflora
Do you know the herb Passiflora incarnata? It’s also known as Passi flora or Passion flower. Common names for this herb include Maypop or Passion flower.
It’s a hardy perennial that’s originally found in the wild in the Southern United States. The Passiflora herb has a long history of being used in food – it’s often used in jams or infusions of tea.
Avena Sativa
Avena sativa, better know as the oat plant, can also be use as both a food and a herb. It is the green leafy parts of the oat plant which are used to make.
Avena sativa tincture, rather than oat grain which is commonly used as food. Avena sativa herb contains a number of plant chemicals including a substance known as gramine.
The amount of these plant substances is highest just as the plant is about to break into flower and the seeds begin to form.

Directions:
Adults: 20 drops twice daily, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
