Hayfever
Hayfever Relief also known as allergic rhinitis, is an allergic reaction that occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens such as pollen, dust mites, or pet dander.
It is characterized by symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, itchy eyes, nose, and throat, and sometimes coughing, wheezing, and difficulty breathing.
Hayfever is a common condition that affects many people, particularly during the spring and summer months when pollen levels are high. It can be a mild or severe condition, depending on the individual and the severity of the allergy.
Treatment options for hay fever include avoiding allergens as much as possible, using over-the-counter antihistamines or decongestants, using nasal sprays, and in severe cases, immunotherapy (allergy shots) may be recommended.
It is also important to keep windows and doors closed during high pollen periods, to shower and change clothes after being outdoors, and to use air filters and air conditioning in the home to reduce exposure to allergens.
