Cashew Butter
Our Organic smooth cashew butter is made using 96% cashews and a dash of sunflower oil. The cashews are roasted, then ground to produce a perfectly smooth texture.
Cashews are technically not a nut but the seed of the cashew apple, a tree that grows in tropical climates in South America, India and Africa.
Cashew butter contains amino acids and healthy fats, which keep your heart healthy, as well as magnesium which speeds up your metabolism and improves your immunity. It is also rich in protein, but also high in calories so, just like with other butters, it is important you don’t overindulge.

This cashew butter contains no added sugar or salt and is suitable for vegans.
Our nut and seed butters are made without palm oil because we care about the environmental impact it can have. We’re proud that all our range have been certified palm oil free by POFCAP.
Oil separation is natural and can simply be stirred back in.
Cashew nuts are actually the seeds of the cashew apple, which is the ‘fruit’ of the cashew tree. The ‘nut’, as we know it, grows inside a hard (and highly poisonous) shell that hangs under the apple, making extraction pretty tricky. That’s why cashews come at a higher price than other nuts.
